How To Brush Your Teeth

Goal: To Have Clean Teeth and good smelling breath

Needs:

Water

Toothbrush

Toothpaste

Dental floss

Steps:

1. go into the bathroom  

   2. Find your toothbrush

   3. Place your toothpaste on the toothbrush

   4. Get your toothbrush and put it under the water for 3 seconds then turn it off

          5. Brush your two front teeth for 20 seconds

          6. Then brush the rest of your teeth for 2       minutes    

          7. Remember to brush your gum

          8. Brush in between all of your teeth

          9. Find your dental floss and floss your gum

        10. Then wash your tongue

      11. Wash your toothbrush and put it

   

 Conclusion

Once you have cleaned your teeth you should have a minty fresh breath and clean teeth, and a prety smile.
