The Rotorua Ride

The Rotorua Ride
In the school holidays my family and some friends went to Rotorua. The first day we went  shopping. The next day we went to skyline, there's a Gondola, you can do lots of things like, the luge (a go-cart thing that you ride all the way down the hill), there's a human slingshot, a jelly bean store and lots of bike tracks. We went on the tracks, the first track I went on was Hipster, Hipster was a grade 2 track. The next track I went on was called Mr Black, Mr Black is a grade 5, is one of the hardest tracks there because it has drops and gap jumps. It was really fun! Have you ever gone to Skyline Rotorua? Thank you for reading my post!!!!!!

Terrific Taranaki

Terrific Taranaki
On the first week of the school holidays my family and I went to Taranaki for 4 day to spend time with some family down there. The first day we went we just lounged around and watched movies and tik tok. The next day my dad, Glenn, Miro and Gabe went to Mount Taranaki to ski and snowboard, Sarah, my mum, Freya and myself went shopping. The last day we all went biking in the morning and at 11:00 we went to the mountain, Glenn and Sarah didn’t have enough ski gear so we just played in the snow, I had a red powerade and got fresh snow and made a slushy! The next day we went home! Have you ever been to the snow? Thank you for reading my blog post!!!

Pou Pou Photo

Pou Pou Photo
Kia ora, the last two weeks we have been doing pou pou art. A poupou is a wall panel located underneath the veranda of a Māori wharenui. We had to copy steps, the first step we had to do was draw the mouth and then the eyes the nose and so on. if we wanted to we had to draw something for it to hold that resembles us. I drew a rose because I like roses. It was pretty easy for me because I really like art. Here is a photo of my pou pou. Have you done anything like this before?
Thank you for reading my blog post!
